At the start of the third year of their training, a total of 15 trainees from the Leipzig, Dresden, Berlin, Güstrow, Dresden and Magdeburg offices got together in mid-September for the two-day "Jump" seminar in the Erkner Learning Centre (Bildungszentrum Erkner) near Berlin. Up-and-coming warehouse logistics specialists, forwarding agent, logistic services agents, office agents and those studying business administration were encouraged to act effectively and independently, helping to prepare them for their future roles in the world of business.
