Logistics Assistant
The Logistics Assistant provides our staff with technical elements for organization and business management, cost and performance calculations, purchasing and stockholding, marketing and contract law bases.
This vacancy is suited to employees of one of our business sites or corporate departments with at least 2-3 years' professional experience

DB Schenker Graduate Business Administrator (VWA, Administration and Economics Academies)
Specialist components include, among other things, Economics and Law, Methodology, Commerce and Logistics. It is completed with an examination for the Degree in Business Administration (VWA). Completion of this course is a major component in the preparation for taking on skilled specialist and management tasks.

Job Rotation
This service offers employees the opportunity to develop by means of job rotation - at various locations in the country or abroad and with an agreed focus. The aim is to provide training in preparation for taking on an area of responsibility in the future.
The target groups for job rotation are logistics assistants and graduates from professional academies and colleges with the emphasis on logistics or transportation as well as graduates of the DAV (German Foreign Trade and Transportation Academy). The specialist subjects are National and International Overland Transportation, Air and Sea Freight, Logistics and Projects, Administration, Sales and Human Resources.

Task Force
This personnel development measure supports employees before their transfer to new, more responsible roles such as, for instance, taking on a management function. This service is aimed at managers and their successors who have gained their first management experience and who show the potential for progressing to other work. Specially selected strategic projects are completed in a period of 2-3 years and rounded off with various seminar components. The individual strengths of the participants are thus developed in a targeted fashion and existing potential for improvement is recognized and supported.
