Since the introduction of the road toll, a german motorway use charge has been demanded from every truck with a registered total weight of 12 tons or more according to the "Autobahngesetz für schwere Nutzfahrzeuge".
In many European countries you already have to pay a toll for motorway sections, bridges and tunnels. In our neighboring countries the road toll screw is currently being severely tightened.
In calculating the road toll recharge DB Schenker follows this principle: the road toll is neither a competitive instrument nor a secret way of increasing profits.
